 About sixty passengers are feared dead when on Friday a civil bus steeply plunged into Neelum river the upper Neelum Valley, 45 kilometers from district  headquarter Athmuqam . The unfortunate accident took place at Changann Kharri .

A civil bus number MDS-136 carrying over 60 passengers left Muzaffarabad early on Friday morning to reach the upper Neelum Valley. After crossing safely the district headquarters of the Valley, Athmuqqam, the ill-fated vehicle is reportedly plunged into a 1700-feet Neelum river gorge at ChangaanKharri, 125 kilometers from Muzaffarabad capital of Azad Kashmir. Local administration, s negligence rescue activities could not start. According to initial reports Bus including passengers sink in river, due to mismanagement of local administration no any dead body can not be recovered.
Due to unavailable of mobile phone service immediately not known whether the passengers were the local Valley people or among them were also the traveling tourists from outs not idea of AJK. Pakistan army personnel posted in the Valley informed the civil administration about the occurrence of the grievous bus accident. It is not yet known what retrieval efforts have been mounted by the civil administration.
